–need mold maker,He must can do basic machining in grind mill n turn.

–Can read drawing so that he can work to fit all components in mold base

–if he is strong in drawings, then assembling the mold is no problem.

–If his experience is in other types of mold, then he should be able to do plastic molds. Same principle.
